Our Process

• Enquiry taken by Wash

• Richard arrives to your house for a face-to-face visit to measure, talk through and learn more about the project

• Next back at the showroom, through the utilisation of 3D CAD design software, your dream bathroom or kitchen comes to life and the project can take shape

• Dawn and Phoebe will then contact you and arrange an appointment to call into the showroom to discuss and talk through your designs

• Armed with the 3D CAD designs created in the previous step, we take time to advise and help you with choices available from the many different suppliers we work with

• One of our team of friendly installers will arrive at your home along with Richard for a ‘meet and greet’ pre-fit survey approximately 2-weeks before your installation date

• Once happy, it’s time to complete the ‘out with the old, in with the new’ installation and ensure perfection when finished.
